Logistx Industrial Development — External Trunk Water Stage 1 Gold Coast, QLD

Nicholson Civil was engaged to deliver the external trunk potable water reticulation works for Stage 1 of the Logistx Industrial Development on the Gold Coast — a large-scale logistics and industrial precinct requiring new water infrastructure to service the development.

Works were carried out in close coordination with Gold Coast Water & Waste (GCWW) and in accordance with the South East Queensland Water and Sewer Code, with all materials supplied by Shadforths as the principal’s nominated supplier.

The project was delivered within an active construction environment across a large industrial development site, requiring careful coordination with other trades, staged traffic management, and strict compliance with GCWW standards and approval conditions throughout.
