Works were carried out in close coordination with Gold Coast City Council standards and relevant statutory authority requirements, with careful management of existing services and surrounding infrastructure throughout.
The civil scope covered four key packages across site establishment, stormwater, sewer, and water infrastructure.
The stormwater drainage package included supply and installation of UPVC and RCP Class 3 pipelines across various depths, construction of 600×600 and 600×900 field inlet pits, a 1050mm diameter access chamber on the existing 600mm RCP line, a 300mm wide trafficable Class D strip drain, installation of a private proprietary stormwater treatment and detention tank including excavation, tank placement, and inlet and outlet connections, and CCTV inspection and reporting of all stormwater infrastructure on completion.
The sewer package involved reinstatement of the existing PVC house connection with a new trafficable inspection opening brought to surface level.
The water infrastructure package included supply and installation of 100mm ductile iron water main under a half-road closure, isolation valve, 150mm tee fitting, a combined above-ground fire and domestic water meter assembly, live connection to the existing water main, and pressure testing in accordance with relevant authority standards.
All works were delivered to Council and SEQ Water and Sewer Code standards with full as-constructed documentation on completion.
